So first I took a picture of the Dora Doll
Then I let her pick out Dora Stickers
Then I printed the picture
Then I showed her the picture
Then I drew 14 squares on a piece of paper
Then I had her watch me cut Dora into 14 pieces
Then I put 1 piece in a party goodie bag and a little toy
Then I showed her one of the pieces fits on the paper
When she puts Dora back together she gets a Dora of her own
I drew 14 columns and 8 rows on a large piece of paper
Everytime she fills a column she gets a toy and a piece of Dora
To help her stay focused and put the stickers in the same column I put stars in the first column and she can put Dora stickers on any star and when all the stars are covered a row is filled and she gets a toy and piece of Dora. Then I'll draw stars in the next column
Then I went to get tape to hang it in front of the potty.
While digging through the draw, I heard a very inspiring sound, it was sort of a tinkle in the potty sound and she got a sticker before it even got hung up.
I was doing all this and talking to her about it and thinking, this is way to complicated, yet there are 2 stickers on the board already.

I will stop by your site though eventually, regardless!
