Didn't get divorced :(

So the judge scheduled us and another case. He called the other case first. So while we were waiting our lawyers got paid. There were a few offers and a few disrespectful counter offers. He doesn't think he is being unreasonable. So here is the situation and I don' think it is smart to use accurate numbers so I am going to make them up a little bit. How the money situation is, is that if you add up the worth of our one car and the our debt you end up with a total debt of lets say 80,000. So if you divide that in half we should each walk away with 40,000 in debt. Well, that hasn't happened, not even close. He walked l away with the car lets say 30,000. So making his total debt minus the value of the car 20,000. That means he left me with 60,000 in debt. That would mean he should give me 60-20=40,000. Okay so the difference in real life is just around 15,000. Plus now that he has said no to nice offers of around 10,000 I have been accumulating late fee's, interest and lawyers bills.
So anyways, we couldn't come to an agreement if we would have tried it out, we wouldn't have left until very late in the afternoon. Plus I think our lawyers weren't ready for him to be so stubborn. I don't know why they would be surprised. It took him over an hour to agree to pay the state mandated child support?? Really ?! Your going to have to pay it regardless if you agree or you let the judge tell you you have to.
Anyways, now I don't get divorced until Feb and I am wondering how I am going to do my taxes.
